An accidental surprise! I used an Aqua Pen pre-loaded with bleach and got that blue effect. I followed a video by Dawn Olchefske.
Another sample from Dawn that I tweaked by using the Word Window Punch and changed the layout. Add a comment if you would like a TIP on doing the face!
